And here's my card I made using the WW freebie image

 

I coloured Gretchen with copics and layered her onto red textured cardstock.

The "You make me smile" is a stamp from Kaszazz stamped with Stazon black inkpad and layered onto the same red textured cardstock. The folded card front is blue cardstock which has been cuttlebugged using a Sizzix floral themed embossing folder. Finished the card off with three paper flowers affixed with glue dots.
