I fell in love with this digi stamp from Meljen's Designs as soon as I saw it and had to buy it !!
The image is coloured using copics and matted onto blue and pink cardstock; base cardstock has been embossed with the cuttlebug. Saying stamp (Hero Arts) is on pop dots and adhered to a strip of ribbon.
