BUTTERFLY BIRTHDAY

I love butterflies - they hold a very special place in my heart
since my Dad left this earth (hard to believe it's almost 6 years ago!)

SUPPLIES USED :
Pink Bazzill, black gloss cardstock
Vine background paper (Kaszazz)
Silver foil paper
Adhesive flock - Springtime (Kaszazz)
Sticky pearls (Kaszazz)
Butterfly and angel wings dies (Cheery Lynn Designs)
Happy birthday stamp
Memento black inkpad

I have made this card to join 2 challenges
- So Artful Challenges - this challenge closes in 4 days time -
The theme for this  challenge is Ceil Chapman and/or to use the colours Silver, Pink and Black (or any combination of those).
There are  fantastic vintage ads featuring her designs and a pattern of one of her dresses as well on the challenge blog. You are able  to use the images for inspiration in anyway you choose!  If that doesn't work for you, just use the colour theme instead!
I decided to use the colour theme of Silver, pink and black for my card.

- Cheery Lynn Designs blog - challenge #8 - Celebrate - You must follow the theme and use at least one Cheery Lynn Designs die. I have used the gorgeous butterfly and angel wings dies on my card.

I hope you all had a very Happy Christmas and are enjoying the break between now and New Years.
I have time off work until 3rd January so am enjoying the break very much !

ANNIVERSARY CARDS

yahhh I have Christmas all taken care of craft-wise - Christmas cards all made and mailed and parcels all out there somewhere in transit - one of the "joys" of living in Outback Australia means the majority of gifts have to be brought online and ordered, received and sent to recipients EARLY.

Anyways I digress - a couple of my dear friends have wedding anniversaries in December so I got to play with some non Christmas themed stamps and here is what I came up with.

It was a lot of fun playing with my nesties, my cuttlebug and colouring with my copics.

Until next time, Happy Crafting and don't forget the Reason for the Season
